When her plane has an emergency landing in his city, she discovers his ID in the pocket of his jacket she can’t stop wearing. If she wants to win the screenwriter award, she has to act like her crush was just a passing fancy, call a truce, and give Nick a second chance . . . in the friend zone. As they work closely together, the friends-only arrangement is much harder to maintain when he behaves like a gentleman, fixes her car, brings her coffee, and puts her on his shoulders to watch the fireworks. Nick is technically her boss and Sarah can’t mess up this once-in-a-lifetime chance to get the career of her dreams, even if it crushes her heart.
